When it becomes impossible to state the obvious

Allah does not exist, Muhammad was not his prophet, and the Koran is not a holy book.

Stating this outloud is likely to cause a person all manner of grief. In Belgium you can be arrested for saying it. If Donner had his way, we in the Netherlands would also face prosecution. And yet about 94% of people living within Dutch borders would find themselves agreeing with above statement.

Thomas the Wraith devotes a excellent post on this weird phenomenon over at the Infidel Bloggers Alliance. Go and read it.

In the mean time, I think all of us concerned with the fate of our home lands, all of us NOT thinking about adopting sharia law into the Dutch judicial system, all of us fed up with the relatively tiny minority that pleads special treatment for their beliefs, should adopt this as some sort of anti-credo:

Allah does not exist, Muhammad was not his prophet, and the Koran is not a holy book.
