The stink of Wolfowitz case is getting stronger and stronger, but Wolfowitz himself seems to be the one party coming out smelling of roses (pdf). And in a major supporting role: The man who would be king of the Netherlands, hadn't it been for a certain gunned down politician: Holland's own Ad Melkert (NL). [UPDATE] Wolfowitz and Ms. Riza released statements today. American Thinker has the text. Ad Melkert comes off looking like the double crosser the Dutch already suspected him to be.

The Times has also discovered the disasterous effects human CO2 emissions have on Mars. Meanwhile, a 'columnist' for the Telegraph comes out and says it:
At dinner on Saturday night, an American friend of mine – who lives in New York – actually denied that human beings have anything to do with global warming. (...) To me it was like hearing someone deny the holocaust ever happened.

Ahmadinejad is facing more and more resistance back home. But Irans little big man knows who or what to blame.

In the UK it appears Sharia courts are already a reality. Meanwhile, the five jihadis arrested for plotting bombings on, among others, the Ministry of Sound (barbarians, the lot of them) heard a life sentence verdict. As it turns out, these cretins wanted to go as far as staging a dirty bomb attack. But rest assured: Supporters of these ... were plenty and outspoken:
Dozens of angry demonstrators branded Tony Blair a "terrorist" while carrying banners stating "Sharia Law - the future, free our Muslim brothers" and "Crusade against Islam". (...) "We definitely want to see Sharia law in place here. We want to see it implemented for everyone. Only then will there be harmony and there will be peace and justice amongst mankind."
The Dutch National Coordinator of anti-terrorism tried to convince Geert Wilders to tone down his rethoric on islamic issues. But Wilders is having none of it.

And the beat goes on...
